Kerry Chambers | Director of Office Administration

Kerry helps ensure Harvey Investment Management runs smoothly behind the scenes, allowing advisors and client relationship managers to remain focused on serving clients. Her responsibilities span a wide range of operational and administrative functions, from managing employee benefits and coordinating with corporate partners to supporting internal processes that help keep the office running efficiently.

With more than two decades of experience in financial services, Kerry has worked in a variety of roles throughout her career. These experiences give her a distinctive appreciation for how every team member contributes to the client experience. Early in her career, she joined Merrill Lynch's advisor training program but chose instead to transition into client service as it felt like a better fit for her skill set. She quickly worked her way into a leadership role, eventually moving into management and supervision.

That experience shaped her belief that no one role is more important than another. She believes that successful teams are built when people feel supported, respected, and empowered to do their best work. Whether she is tackling a complex project, solving an operational challenge, or simply making sure the office is stocked with coffee, Kerry approaches every task with the same philosophy: roll up your sleeves and get it done.

She operates under the ethos of understanding that people want to feel heard, whether they are clients, advisors, or colleagues. She strives to be a positive and dependable resource for everyone she works with. One lesson that has stayed with her throughout her career is to do the hard things first and never be afraid to jump in wherever help is needed.

Kerry grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia and moved to Colorado Springs shortly after graduating from Lehigh University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science and met her husband, Spencer. They have been married for nearly 20 years and share their home with their two Vizslas.

Outside of work, Kerry enjoys mountain biking, hiking with the dogs, traveling, baking, and spending time with friends and family. She and Spencer regularly return to Pennsylvania to visit family and especially enjoy gathering with her brothers and their families at the family's beach house in New Jersey.
